Real Estate Sales Centre

Mingli Metro, designed by Kris Lin, is a real estate sales centre located in the heart of the city. Inspired by the fashionable style of the riverside, this project aims to create a modern and trendy atmosphere in the metropolitan area. The design encompasses the building, landscape, and interior, providing a cohesive and stylish experience for potential customers.

The design of Mingli Metro utilizes a combination of materials and technologies to bring the vision to life. Oak, fluor-carbon metallic paint, carbon color stainless steel, noce travertine, grey seperggiante, fabrics, and tawny glass are used to create a visually stunning space. The use of these materials adds depth and texture to the design, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

With a total area of 25,000 square feet, Mingli Metro offers a spacious and inviting environment for visitors. The entrance features a separate multi-media theater in a round shape, which not only showcases 3D movies but also creates distinct changing lines within the space. This unique feature adds an element of intrigue and captivates the attention of visitors.

The design team, led by Kris Lin and Jiayu Yang, faced the challenge of expressing the client's desire for a fashionable style in the metropolitan area. Through careful research and creative thinking, they were able to create a design that perfectly embodies this vision. The result is a space that exudes sophistication and elegance, while also being functional and practical.

Mingli Metro was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2013 for its outstanding expertise and innovation. This prestigious accolade recognizes the design's strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill.
